The concept for this Pastel Wedding Styled Shoot at the Grand Central Jersey Events was designed for couples who love to mix colors. Floral Designer Ellen of Bellezza Decor and I discussed collaborating to create this inspiration shoot. We landed on our love for pastels as the foundation. While searching for the perfect backdrop, I stumbled upon the Grand Central Jersey Events. This event space nestled in Green Brook, New Jersey, was versatile allowed us to design a setting for both wedding and reception. I fell in love with the room and its unlimited ways to design and create a wedding shoot. The planning for the shoot started with some creative ideas, a color palette, and Pinterest pins.
Details: In thinking of my previous clients' on their wedding day, It was essential to showcase for you how details can seamlessly come together. I hoped to get the juices flowing of future engaged couples just like you. Part of the details displayed was a flat lay of stationery designed by Chanson Creative, images of the rings, wedding dress, and tux, to name a few. When couples are in the planning stages, it's great to have visuals to help them choose colors, venue type, florals, and overall style.
Fashion: The owner of the House of Eros Bridal donated a dress so perfect for our bride model. We're so thankful that she worked with us and added her expertise. In thinking of brides who may have an outdoor wedding, we displayed heel protectors to the rescue by The Solemates, and The Black Tux provided our groom's tux. It was the perfect pop of color for the shoot.
Florals: Bellezza Decor delivered the floral overload design right on target. Her grand centerpieces and gold accents paired well together. Diva Blooms created a beautiful oversized bouquet.
Beauty: Our bride model had her makeup session with the lovely Beats By Hannah. Hairateasebeauty flawlessly styled her hair.
Cake: What's a wedding cake without a stunning cake design. The cake artist at Chic Sugars took this cake design and my vision to another level. She asked for the mood board, and the rest is now history. What a fantastic job she did adding sugar flowers to the design.
Floor Wrap: When it comes to making a statement, Trusted J Events always nails it. The floral decal on the center of a white floor made for the perfect touch.
Photography: The eye behind the camera belongs to Aida of Aida Malik Photography. She captured each detail meticulously.
